NORWICH — Norwich Theater Company will hold auditions for the high-flying comedy ‘Boeing, Boeing” on from 6 to 8 p.m on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at the Martin W. Kappel Theater in Norwich.
The show revolves around Bernard, a French bachelor, and his fiancé, a flight attendant from Germany, France, or America, depending on what day of the week it is! Yes, three different women believe themselves engaged to Bernard, and thanks to his careful timetable of each of their flight schedules, they’ve narrowly missed each other until the day a change of plans brings all three to his home.
With the help of his bewildered buddy Robert and housekeeper Berthe, he’ll attempt to keep his worlds from colliding and disaster at bay in this laugh out loud adventure.
The show will run March 11 to 13, 2022 at the Martin W. Kappel Theater, also the site of the auditions.
Norwich Theater Company is seeking to fill the following roles:
Bernard– a Parisian architect and lothario
Berthe– Bernard's French housekeeper
Robert– Bernard's old school chum (from Wisconsin)
Jaqueline (or Gabriella)– the French fiancée (or the Italian fiancée) and air hostess
Janet (or Gloria)– the American fiancée and air hostess
Judith (or Gretchen)– the German fiancée and air hostess
